On Saturday 16th September, Blazing Saddles Cycles & Orange Bikes held a Test Ride Day with the kind support of Midgehole Working Men’s Club (The Blue Pig) Hebden Bridge.

The event successfully forged friendships between Blazing Saddles, Orange Bikes and the Working Men’s Club, who went out of their way to make the riders feel welcome and made hot food and drinks available during the event.

Anna Baker from Blazing Saddles' said, “Our intention is to link to routes around The Blue Pig to promote safer riding and hopefully improve relations between riders and walkers using the paths and trails around the area. Riders came from all over the West Yorkshire, as well as from further afield, including North Wales, Chesterfield and even Australia!”

CVSRT Fundraising Officer Ann Ogden recently called into the shop to gratefully accept a £270 donation which was raised during the event from subs and from the sale of CVSRT Giraffe® neckwear. Blazing Saddles have also come onboard as stockist for our giraffes!
