Calder Valley Search and Rescue Team are very pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted for the ‘Local Charity of the Year 2017’ scheme at Sainsbury’s Brighouse and at the convenience store in Mytholmroyd.

Each Sainsbury’s supermarket and convenience store has shortlisted a maximum of three charities to put forward for the customer vote. Customers can vote online by visiting: www.sainsburyslocalcharity.co.uk or via the in-store voting system.

The winning charity will receive a year’s worth of fundraising and awareness raising.

Sainsbury’s Local Charity of the Year is now in it’s eighth year and has raised over £11 million for local charities across the UK.

Voting opens Monday 12th June until 25th June.  The winner will be announced on 10th July.
