Please join us in welcoming to Calder Valley Search and Rescue Team (CVSRT) trainee search dog Holly. 

 

Holly is a beautiful 2-year-old Border Collie, currently at stage two of a three stage training and assessment programme with Mountain Rescue Search Dogs England (MRSDE) to become a fully operational search dog.

 

Holly joins us with her handler Al Pepper.  Al has recently transferred from a neighbouring team and brings with him over eight years of Mountain Rescue England and Wales (MREW) experience.

 

Al has joined us on several recent training evenings and is already fitting into the team well and we look forward to working with him over the coming years.
